Boost Immunity To Live A Better World By Viefit Sutra

We all know that our immune system does a significant job of defending us against disease-causing microorganisms. But sometimes the germs surrounding us invades successfully and we fell sick. We need to understand that it is possible to intervene in this process and boost our immune system.

We further need to understand the effect of our diet, certain vitamins or herbal preparations and our lifestyles etc

Lifestyle

  1. Unwind and Relax

Stress has become part of our life. But if it lasts too long, it could be dangerous. Studies show it can weaken our body's immune system. Avoid it when you can. Make it a point to unwind and do things you enjoy.

  1. Identify and pursue your hobby

Indulging our self in the things we enjoy will release our stress, make us feel relaxed and improve our immune system. Please ensure if you have hobbies like gardening etc to maintain proper hygiene conditions.

  1. Get Your Groove On

It doesn't just make you feel good -- it's good for you, too. One study found a link between a healthy immune system and how often you get busy. Those who made love more often had higher levels of a cold-fighting substance in their bodies.

  1. Find a Furry Friend

Pets aren’t just good buddies. They also give us a reason to exercise and boost our health in other ways. Pet owners have lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels and healthier hearts. Dogs can help your child’s immune response and make him less likely to get allergies. Again ensure that you maintain good hygienic conditions.

  1. Loud laugh

A giggle or two is good for you. Not only does it make you feel better, there’s no downside. One study found that after people laughed out loud at funny videos, their immune systems worked better. But we aren’t sure yet if that means less illness in the long run.

  1. Exercise

It helps to ease stress and make us less likely to get osteoporosis, heart disease, and certain types of cancer. You’ll get the most bang for your workout buck if you do about half an hour a day. It doesn’t have to be hard-core. Any type of movement can help: ride a bike, walk, do yoga, swim, or even play golf.

  1. Get a Good Night's Sleep

You need to provide strength to your immune system to fight against the odds. Most adults need about 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night.

  1. Say NO

Say no or limit your doze of booze and nicotine

  1. Healthy Habits

Ensure that you have healthy habit of hand-wash before and after meal and in case you are touching any contaminated thing.

  1. Maintain Healthy weight and control your blood pressure

Food- Food play an important role in boosting our immune system

  1. Eat the Rainbow- All seasonal fruits and vegetables

  2. Think About Herbs and Supplements

  3. Consider probiotics-Yoghurt.

  4. Catch some rays-Sun rays.

  5. Go for the garlic

  6. Eat medicinal mushroom.

  7. Sweet Potatoes

  8. Watermelon

  9. Wheat Germ

  10. Spinach

  11. Tea- Green, black or white

  12. Broccoli

  13. Pomegranate Juice

  14. Ginger
